GENERAL REFUND TERMS

Skyline India Travels Pvt. Ltd. acts as a travel facilitator between customers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport companies, visa authorities, and activity providers.

All refunds are subject to the cancellation, refund, and no-show policies of respective service providers.

Service charges, convenience fees, consultation fees, and processing fees charged by Skyline India Travels Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund eligibility and amount depend on multiple factors including destination country, supplier rules, travel season, and fare or package type.


INTERNATIONAL TOUR CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

For international tour packages, cancellation charges vary based on supplier policies and timeline before departure. Typical guidelines are as follows:

  • Cancellation 45 days or more before departure: Maximum refund after deducting supplier charges and service fees
  • Cancellation 30–44 days before departure: Partial refund after deductions
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: Limited refund
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund
  • No-show or failure to join the tour: No refund

Exact refund amounts may vary depending on airline fare rules, hotel contracts, cruise terms, and destination-specific regulations.


CANCELLATION OR CHANGE BY SKYLINE INDIA TRAVELS PVT. LTD.

If an international tour is cancelled by Skyline India Travels Pvt. Ltd. due to operational reasons, low participation, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either:

A full or partial refund based on recoverability from service providers

OR

An alternative tour or travel arrangement of similar value

Non-recoverable supplier costs will be deducted where applicable.


VISA AND IMMIGRATION-RELATED REFUNDS

Visa fees, embassy charges, consulate fees, biometric charges, and visa service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection.

Skyline India Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or denials by immigration authorities, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.


FLIGHT, HOTEL, AND TRANSPORT REFUNDS

International airline tickets are governed by fare rules defined by the airline and may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

Hotel bookings, cruises, and overseas transport are subject to supplier-specific cancellation policies, which may include 100 percent cancellation charges.

Refunds are processed only after confirmation from respective suppliers.


UNUSED OR PARTIALLY USED SERVICES

No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services including, but not limited to:

  • Missed flights
  • Missed sightseeing tours
  • Early hotel check-outs
  • Voluntary itinerary changes
  • Late arrivals or early departures


FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

In case of force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, war, political unrest, government restrictions, border closures, airline shutdowns, or acts of God, refunds will be processed strictly based on recoverability from service providers.

Skyline India Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for full refunds in force majeure situations.


REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 21 working days from the date of confirmation by suppliers.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delays caused by banks, international payment gateways, or currency conversion systems are beyond our control.


CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATE POLICY

International refunds may be processed in Indian Rupees or foreign currency, depending on supplier policies.

Exchange rate differences, foreign transaction fees, and bank charges are not refundable.


NON-REFUNDABLE COMPONENTS

The following are generally non-refundable for international travel:

  • Visa and immigration fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Government taxes and entry fees
  • Service and consultation charges
  • Promotional, discounted, or special fare packages


REFUND DISPUTES AND CLAIMS

All refund-related disputes or claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of cancellation or completion of travel.

Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.


COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS

All refund requests must be submitted via official communication channels such as email or written request.

Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid.


POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Skyline India Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
